The YG111 Yarn Crimp Tester is a highly precise textile instrument designed to measure the yarn shrinkage of various fabrics precisely. Secure the yarn tightly at both ends of the target fabric in the machine and adjust the settings to calculate the desired parameters. At one end, the sample is pulled at a constant rate while another end remains fixed.

Test method: This machine calculates the mechanical properties of textiles, such as strength and elongation, using the constant rate of elongation (CRE) principle. This method is widely preferred as it is more repeatable and gives reliable results.

Advanced system: The tester is equipped with a resistance strain force sensor, which measures the force that is being applied to the fabric sample during testing. The sensor can detect even the smallest fluctuations in resistance when the yarn is pulled or stretched.

Force range: The fabric length tester can easily measure forces from 0 to 500 cN with an index value of 0.1 cN. This determines the amount of force needed to stretch or break the fabric, making it ideal for evaluating textile strength.

Auto display: The LCD screen displays the machine’s functioning in real-time and gives reliable and repeatable test results for the yarn of the target fabric.
