The Wrap Reel YG(B)086C is a specialized fiber wrapping tool used to measure the density and length of yarn by winding it into skeins. The instrument operates by securing the yarn on the machine. It rotates by spreading the even tension; after specific times, it stops after completing the required number of rotations. As the reel turns, the yarn forms a skein of uniform loop for further yarn analysis like yarn strength and density.

Precision drive system: This machine installs A servo motor drive to ensure precise movement control during yarn wrapping. For running a smooth operation, a synchronized gear belt is used that increases efficiency by reducing energy loss.

Photoelectric rotation count: This yarn winding machine has an advanced and accurate optical sensor system that detects and counts the number of rotations during the winding of yarn.

Multiple yarn wrapping: This yarn skein winder has the ability to test 6 yarn samples simultaneousl,y which increases its efficiency and productivity. Between each sample, there must be a space of 60mm to prevent overlap and tangling of yarns.

Yarn winding parameters: The circumference of this yarn winding frame is 1000mm with an alteration of ±1mm. The winding reel rotates at a 20-350 rev/min speed. This allows the machine to run smoothly and give precise yarn measurements.

Auto display: The 7-inch LCD screen display shows real-time machine functioning and provides the connections.
