[Scope of application] :
This Solid Particulate Protective Performance Testing System is used to test the overall protective performance of solid particulate chemical protective clothing, which exists in the workplace environment.
The leakage rate of particulate chemical pollution into clothing was used to characterize the performance index of protective clothing.

[Original theory] :

Through aerosol generator to generate standard NaC1 aerosol particles, pass into the testing room to maintain a relatively stable state, the wearing protective clothing under test in the test object indoor test action, according to predetermined plan by particle detector measured at fixed sampling points were protective clothing internal NaC1 particle aerosol concentration, by the following indicators, To evaluate the overall protective performance of protective clothing against particulate matter:

NaC1 particle aerosol generator

The concentration of NaC1 aerosol is (10±1) mg/m³, and the concentration change in the effective space of the test chamber is ≦±10%. The aerodynamic particle size distribution of the particles is (0.02 ~ 2) μm, and the median mass diameter is about 0.6μm

Two detectors were used to detect the dynamic range of NaC1 aerosol concentration in the test chamber and the protective clothing under test, respectively, from 0.001 to 200 mg/m³, the accuracy was ±1%, and the response time of the detectors was ≦500ms

  1. Sampling pump and air pipeline

Two sets were used to collect and test NaC1 aerosol particles in the test room and the protective suit under test. Flow range (0.05-4) L/min, flow fluctuation < The + / – 0.2 L/min. It is ensured that the sampling probe can be sampled at a flow rate of (2±0.5) L/min inside the protective suit under test

To ensure that decompression resulting from sampling in the suit under test does not result in additional inward leakage rate, it shall be delivered into the suit under test at a rate of (2±0.5) L/min at the same time of sampling. Clean air can be fed through one of the other two sampling probes in the sampling interval in accordance with the sampling sequence in the schematic diagram

  1. Sampling probe

Four sampling probes, one of which is used to detect the concentration of NaC1 particle aerosol in the test chamber environment, and the other three are used to measure the concentration of NaC1 particle aerosol in the protective clothing under test. The sampling probe is connected to a transparent plastic tube of suitable length with an inner diameter of 4.0mm
