The Y(B) 802K-II Automatic Fast Eight-basket Constant Temperature Oven is a high-performance laboratory oven system designed to measure the moisture regain and heat treatment of textile samples. The oven operates by placing the sample in each basket, which ensures airflow around each sample, giving uniform and absolute drying and heating. Built-in Digital control panel allows users to preset the temperature and time. The precise heating system and temperature sensors continuously monitor the heating system to calibrate in real time. After completing the testing, samples are removed, and the oven stops automatically.
Key Features
Temperature control system: This heating device is equipped with a 32-bit ARM high-speed processor that ensures fast and reliable data processing to maintain stable temperature conditions. The digital PID (Proportional integral Derivative) algorithm is used to continuously monitor the heating process with a control accuracy of ±0.2oC.
Output display: A large LCD screen with a Chinese language layout visually represents the test results. It helps monitor real-time temperature fluctuations and automatically calculates the tested data using print reports.
Eight basket designs: Inside the thermal device, the oven chamber has multiple baskets for simultaneous fabric testing, which improves efficiency and reduces the time and human effort required in multiple tests.
Weighing balance for testing: The Sartorius precise electronic weighing balance is used for getting accurate test results. This advanced system provides an accurate reading and reduces error, helping to enhance test results consistency.
