The YG(B) 032Q Electronic Pneumatic Bursting Strength Tester is a specialized, fully automatic and highly precised textile testing device used to evaluate the bursting strength and expansion of different fabrics. These fabrics may be woven, nom-woven, leather, knitted or laminated ones. It runs by tightly clamping the fabric sample under the pneumatic system to remain fix during testing. Compressed air is slowly released below the sample which expands a flexible diaphragm. Pressure increases until the fabric busted, the system then records the exact pressure and the expansion.

Smart automation: The tester has a built-in microcomputer system, which enhances testing accuracy. Once the sample fabric is placed, no manual input is required. The automatic correction system detects minor changes in temperature and pressure, improving the results.
