The tester is a specialized tool to quantify fabric elasticity and crease recovery with ultimate precision. It functions by placing the targeted fabric under certain folding and pressure conditions. Then, after 5 minutes, the Crease tester will automatically remove the pressure, and the fabric will reconcile for its recovery phase. A CCD camera is installed in it, which captures the images at a specific angle and analyzes the creases recovery of the fabric. Built-in software is installed in this wrinkle retention tester to give real-time data on the fabric´s elasticity and resilience.
