A Fiber and Yan Bundle Strength Tester, also called Pressley Bundle Strength Tester, is used for testing the tensile strength of flat bundles of wool, rabbit hair, cotton fibers, plant fibers, and synthetic fibers.

This instrument underwent a technological achievement appraisal organized by the State Administration for Market Regulation (Certificate No.: Appraisal Letter 2008 No. 151) and obtained a national patent (National Patent: ZL 2010 2 0299539.9).
